I offer academic support to individual adults on courses relating to counselling psychology, psychology, and psychological therapies. I specialise in supporting trainees completing doctorates in counselling psychology.I’m unable to work with students on the DPsych Counselling Psychology at City St George’s, University of London, due to my role as a visiting lecturer on that programme.

I can support you at every stage of planning and completing academic, research, clinical, or reflective assignments and presentations, including offering specialist viva preparation packages. I specialise in supporting qualitative doctoral research in counselling psychology and am an expert in full and abbreviated constructivist grounded theory research. I offer support via Zoom meetings, email, and written comments on your work. I don’t provide proofreading, copy-editing or ghost-writing services. However, I can comment on the quality of your writing and its adherence to APA-7 Style.

No, I don’t offer clinical supervision. However, I can support you with assignments relating to clinical work, including case studies and process reports.

Payment is by bank transfer. Meetings are payable in advance (by 4pm the day before) Written work is payable within five working days of receipt

For fairness, I work exclusively on a first-come, first-served basis. I don’t offer a priority service or reserve time in advance. Turnaround times vary depending on the time of year, my existing commitments, and the complexity of the work. I complete work as soon as possible – most often, within two to four weeks of receipt –  but can’t offer a guaranteed return date. If you’re working to a deadline, please tell me in advance so I can advise you on whether I’m likely to be able to support you within that timeframe.

CancellationsIf you cancel a meeting with at least 48 hours’ notice from the meeting start time, there’s no fee to pay. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee (£100) is payable.ReschedulingIf you need to reschedule a meeting, please give at least 48 hours’ notice from the meeting start time. I'll let you know what alternative times I can offer and, if we can't reschedule, there’s no fee to pay. Requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice, for any reason, can’t be accommodated and are therefore treated as late cancellations, as above. This means the full fee (£100) is payable.
